At Weatherwall Canada we stand behind our products. We have panels that have been installed since 1979 and are still in great working order.
The aluminum frames are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a life time.
The vinyl is warranted to be free of defects resulting in obstruction of vision and cracking for 10 years.
The screen and moving parts are warranted for 10 years.
There are a few parts we offer a life time warranty on. Please see the diagram below to determine what replacement parts you need. We will be happy to mail these out to you at no cost. We will need your full name and complete mailing address. Please let us know the aluminum frame colour so we can send colour match parts for your units.
Small replacement parts are readily available at no additional cost. We want you to love your Eze-breeze sliding panels with a warranty that gives you peace of mind.
